Iron Cauldron

This is actually an idea my husband came up with.  He wants to open a restaurant on/near the campus of UT.  This place would specialize in all you can eat soup and bread. It would have a warm atmosphere with wood furniture.  The soup of the day would be brought out in a large iron cauldron kept warm.  Initially it would be brought out with a cherry picker until tracks that could carry it could be installed in the ceiling. Perhaps I can get him to write more about it here...
